Why????

Last night on my way to bed I started the "why?" question!  Mommy said "oh no, this shouldn't start until you are at least 2 years old!"
Well, it has been awhile since I posted last.  We were in NY for Thanksgiving, and just recently I got very sick :(  I have an ear infection and pneumonia.  I am on medicine and feel so much better now! :)
I am looking forward to Christmas because mommy and daddy tell me Santa is coming!  I tell everyone that Santa says "HO HO HO!".  Next week I will be 17 months and mommy and daddy just cannot believe it.

16 Months!!

Hi everybody, I am 16 months old today!!  I had a great day today, first mommy made me my favorite breakfast, scrambled eggs with cheese :)  Then we went to a play date at church where I got to play with my good friends Calli and Laurel.  Then for dinner my great Aunt Mim, great Uncle Don, cousin Susan, Mr. Tim, and Aubrey joined us.  It was nice to see them and I had tons of fun playing with Aubrey!

Over the weekend I got to see Santa!!  I didn't cry, so mommy and daddy were excited about that.  Tomorrow we leave for NY for Thanksgiving.  It will be fun to play with my cousins up there again.

At 16 months:
 - I can count to 5!!!!!
 - I still repeat just about anything
 - I say phrases like "where did she go?", "what's that?", "all done", "help me please", "get down Abby", "come on Abby"
 - I am pretty good at telling my dog what to do
 - I still love to take baths
 - I am working on drinking out of a regular cup
 - I sign "bike", "potty", and "may I be excused?"  along with many others
 - I wear 12-18month clothes and size 4 1/2 shoe
 - My favorite toys right now are my baby dolls and Mrs. Potato head
 - A few weeks ago I started getting out of my crib, so now I sleep in a tent :)
 - I have my 9th tooth coming in right now, and one of my molars is already in

Family Birthdays

November is a big month for Birthdays in my family! Cousin Adella, Mom-mom, Uncle Chad, and Grandma all have birthdays in November!  We had a fun time celebrating with them :)

I also got to spend a few days alone with Grandpa and Grandma and cousin Lauren while mommy and daddy went out of town for a wedding.  Just before mommy and daddy left though I decided it was time I made my way out of my crib on my own.  I tried it twice and both times it did not feel so good but daddy ordered a crib tent so I wouldn't try again.  Grandma and Grandpa had lots of fun putting it together while mommy & daddy were away.  Other than that we had lots of fun playing, going to the beach, and on walks.

We are going up to NY for Thanksgiving this year so I can't wait to see everyone again!

Happy Halloween!

Yesterday I went to a kid party and had a blast!  Mommy went with me on the hayride then I got to jump in the bouncy house.  I had a great time playing with all of the kids.

15 Months!

I turned 15 months old on Saturday!!! YAY!  My aunt Brooke and her friend Jeremy came down from NY to visit us on Friday and stayed the weekend.  We had a great time shopping, playing, and going out to dinner.  We went to Big Fish on Saturday for my birthday and I got to have a taste of peanut butter pie, whew was that rich!!

At 15 months old:
 - I run all over the place!
 - I can speak in sentences like "where did she go?", and "there she is"
 - I repeat almost everything mommy and daddy say :)
 - I still love to take baths and the turtle is my favorite bath toy
 - I am slowly allowing mommy to put bow in my hair and I can leave them in for just over 3 minutes
 - I love all foods except cole slaw, salad, and boiled eggs
 - I sign many words like......thank you, please, more, peas, bath, doll, socks, bed time, and sorry.  (I also say them while I sign them)
 - I have six teeth with one on the way
 - My dog Abby and I are best buds except when she jumps up on me I tell her to "get down!"
 - I weigh 23 lbs, 54%  and I am 31.8 inches tall, 85%

Red Barn

Hi!  Yesterday mommy took me to the Red Barn in Georgetown.  I got to pet lots of cool animals, feed a goat all by myself, go on a hay ride, and wander through a corn maze!  I had a great time, and Zach, Nicholas, and Travis also joined :)

Mums & Baltimore, MD

Hi everyone!  Recently my mommy and I went to buy some mums to plant for the Fall.  I had a good time planting them with mommy, and daddy even gave me a ride in the wheel barrel :)
Saturday we all went to Baltimore, MD to meet up with Miss Corrine and her family and Miss Rebekah and her family.  We were supposed to go to the aquarium then out to lunch but me, and mommy, and daddy got stuck in traffic in Baltimore because of the marathon and missed out on the aquarium :(  We did finally make it to lunch and I ha a great time playing with Ian, Elena, and Avery!
This coming Saturday I will be 15 months old!  My aunt Brooke is coming to visit Friday night and will stay with us for a few days.  I can't wait to play with her!!
