Playing in the snow!

Sunday we had a pretty good snow storm here, we got about 6" or so.  Daddy took me outside yesterday to play in the snow.  I don't really see what the big deal is but my dog Abby really loves the snow.:)
Sunday night I also got to sleep in my big girl bed for the first time!  I did a great job and I like it a lot.

Merry Christmas!

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!!  My mommy and daddy took me and Abby to NY for a week to spend time with my mom's family.  It was lots of fun and very cold up there!  I tried cereal for the first time while I was there and did not like it so much at first but it is growing on me :)  I turned 5 months old last Wednesday, and we all went out to dinner at Sorge's.  It was very nice and I was a good girl.
I got lots of clothes and toys for Christmas, but I just had fun eating the wrapping paper.

Flutter Kicks

Hi everyone!  I will be 21 weeks tomorrow and 5 months old on the 22nd!  Today I went to the doctor to get my second round of shots for my 4 month well visit.  I tell you what, that one shot hurt soooo bad I screamed really loud!  :(  Luckily I only had one today.  Mommy wanted to do some Christmas shopping after my visit but I said I was ready to go home and lay down.  Tomorrow daddy and mommy are taking me to the mall to get some pictures taken so that should be fun! 

I started doing flutter kicks a few weeks ago.  When I lay down I like to raise my head and my feet.  Daddy says he remembers doing them in the academy and does not miss them at all :)

Uncle Chad and Aunt Dana's Wedding

Last night my Uncle Chad got married and I got to go to the wedding.  I was a very good girl and sat through the whole ceremony with only one little peep.  I had lots of fun at the reception, I got to see family I have not met yet and I saw lots of people dancing.

4 month check-up

Wednesday I went to the Doctor for my 4 month well visit and shots :(  I weigh 14 lbs. 2 oz., and I am 25 inches long.  I got one shot and one I had to take like a bottle.  I did cry after the shot but not for too long as I was already very sleepy so I just took a nap.  Luckily I did not have a fever after my shot so my mommy was happy.  My doctor said mommy and daddy can start to slowly switch my formula to a different kind, and in a few weeks I get to start cereal!  I am definitely looking forward to that.:) 
Thursday I turned 19 weeks old and I also got to see Santa!!  He was very nice and asked me what I wanted for Christmas.  Santa told mommy and daddy I wanted a college fund, lol!

Today is my Uncle Chad's wedding and I can't wait!  My mom has my dress all picked out and she said she will be sure to take lots of pics.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday! I also turned 18 weeks :) Daddy's side of the family came to our house for turkey dinner and it was lots of fun!  The dinner looked really good but mommy said I have to wait until next year to try some :)  My dog Abby is very sleepy today because cousin Adella wore her out yesterday :)  Enjoy the black Friday shopping!

Back at it again!

4 months old!!

Yesterday I turned 4 months old!  Daddy and mommy said I am growing up so quick and they love my chubby cheeks now :)  I went to the pediatrician last week because I had a little bit of a cold and I weighed 13lbs 13 oz.  I am feeling a little better now.  I go back next Wednesday for my regular check-up as well as some shots :( 

At 4 months I like to:
 - Look at myself in the mirror
 - Roll over all the time
 - Laugh at my dog Abby
 - Take baths
 - Hold my bottle sometimes
 - Have mommy and daddy raise me in the air
 - Take a 2 hour nap in the AM and another in the PM and one small one around 6:30pm.
 - Bite and suck on anything I can get in my mouth
 - Stand up on mommy and daddy's lap and bounce

17 Weeks!

I am 17 weeks today!  Unfortunately I came down with a little bit of a viral infection today but luckily no fever right now.  Just recently mommy and daddy put me in my Jenny Jump Up for the first time and I love it!!  Sometimes I don't even jump I just hang out there :)  I am also now a pro at rolling over!  I take all big bottles now and eat 4 times a day with two big naps and one small one.

17 weeks today!

New York

On Wednesday my mommy and daddy took me and Abby up to NY for a family visit.  While I was there I turned 16 weeks this past Thursday, we celebrated my grandma's birthday, and had an early Thanksgiving.  It was LOTS of fun!  Everyone thought I was getting so big and can't wait until our next visit up there.
